You’ll receive an email confirmation with the scheduled date and time, a link to sign the inspection agreement electronically, and a payment link. Feel free to email us with any questions or concerns you noticed during your walkthrough—we’ll take care of the rest. 


 No, payment is required before the report can be viewed. Once payment is received, your inspection report will be automatically released as soon as it’s completed. 


Reports are typically delivered within 24 hours. You’ll receive an email with links to the report, payment, and invoice/receipt. With your permission, we’ll also send a copy to your realtor. 


No, you’re not required to attend—but you’re always welcome! Being there gives you the opportunity to ask questions and see any issues firsthand.

 Yes! We can inspect detached structures such as garages, shops, and outbuildings. Just let us know when scheduling so we can include them in your quote. 


A home inspection reflects the condition of the property at the time of the inspection only. Our detailed reports include photos and clear explanations to help you understand any findings. If you have questions, we’re always happy to explain. 


 The septic tank lid or cleanouts must be fully exposed prior to the inspection. If they’re not accessible, we won’t be able to complete the septic evaluation.
